Sasha Mukerjee is a global finance and operations executive. He brings over 25 years of progressive international experience and demonstrated success in scaling growth businesses through strategic visioning, operational execution, and building a culture of accountability.

He has been recognized as a trusted leader, and known as a dynamic, collaborative, and business-minded partner to all levels and functions of the enterprise. He has the keen ability to translate Board and Executive strategies into measurable and attainable tactical goals.

Sasha has held CFO roles for Mountain Motorsports, the third largest motorsports retailer in the United States, Fusion Connect, a Unified Communications as a Service Provider, and Nitor Partners, a boutique software implementation firm in the Procurement and Treasury verticals. In these roles, Sasha’s consistent approach led to creating, combining, and growing high performance teams. He was the architect of M&A integrations, cost management initiatives, and providing meaningful and actionable insights through analytics. In addition, Sasha held senior finance and operations leadership roles at Global Payments Inc., the largest Fortune 500 pure play payment technology company in the world, and Earthlink, Inc., a pioneer in connectivity and data center operations.

Sasha’s notable accomplishments include creating M&A acquisition and exit strategies for privately held businesses, negotiating sale leasebacks, debt restructuring, and fundraising. He has led finance and operations teams through due diligence, negotiations, and synergy recognition in over $28B in buy side acquisitions between 2015-2023.

Sasha holds an Executive MBA and a BBA in Accounting, both earned from the University of Georgia.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Sasha is passionate about coaching and mentoring high school seniors and college students interested in a career in business or operations. Sasha has instructed in the University of Georgia’s Executive MBA program teaching Mergers and Acquisitions and Operations Strategy. Sasha supports Camp Twin Lakes and local education initiatives in a fundraising capacity.

An avid automobile enthusiast, Sasha is a member of several automobile clubs and active in the Atlanta automobile community.

Sasha and his wife Sarah make their home in Smyrna, GA with their two children.
