Ralph P Perrino

Ralph Perrino is an experienced financial and operating executive with over thirty years of experience working with executives and governing boards of large and small public and privately held companies, at different stages of their life cycles and levels of operating success, on a
variety of business challenges.  He has diversified business experience through positions as a professional advisor, a chief financial officer of a startup religious foundation, a vice president of
finance of a Fortune 500 company, as an audit partner with a big four public accounting firm, and, as an auditor with a state health care regulatory agency.  The depth and diversity of his experience provides him with a unique perspective into the operations, challenges and risks of businesses and the ability to develop focused solutions to the root causes of many issues, lead groups through change and manage operations.

Some of those experiences include, health care regulatory services, that focus on the financial, operating and systematic matters related to corporate compliance programs, government audits and investigations, provider self-disclosures, qui tam cases and other matters; due diligence of health care acquisitions ranging in size for $3 million to $500 million, and, participation in the systematic
integration of the acquired businesses into operations; managed a staff of eight hundred fifty located in ten financial centers throughout continental United States, and, developed an organizational hierarchy and delegated authority to the direct report managers of financial centers, and, reengineered the process and workflow; as an audit partner-in-charge of a health care audit practice, marketed auditing, tax and consulting services resulting in business growth and profitability improvement, realizing a significant growth in the health care audit practice accountancy income and similar improvement in the realized rate per hour, and,  developed and implemented an audit planning and support group for Medicaid regulatory audits, authored Medicaid reimbursement regulations for health care facilities, and participated in settlement hearings and negotiations related to the nursing home and other provider scandals in the State.

Ralph’s diversified industry experience, includes, consumer products; financial services; health care entities; industrial; public sector and infrastructure; real estate; tax-exempt; technology. 

Ralph holds bachelors and masters degrees in accounting from Albany University and a licensed certified public accountant in New York State and Florida.
