Arthur Jeannet

Art served in executive roles in both fortune 1000 and privately owned consumer products businesses. His leadership and management experience spans traditional finance, accounting and treasury roles as well as other functional areas such as information technology, and human resources.

Mr. Jeannet has extensive experience in building out the Finance, Accounting and back office operating structures for newly formed public companies, merged businesses and growing privately owned businesses. He has a history of process and operating performance improvements by implementing business and technology systems to provide relevant and timely information to the decision process. These processes included sourcing appropriate software applications and developing high performance teams to manage financial disciplines such as planning, budgeting, business analysis, and manufacturing accounting. He has successfully implemented three different ERP systems in three different companies.

Mr. Jeannet also has led strategic planning and strategic performance measurement. He has experience in M&A including business valuation, post-acquisition implementation and purchase accounting.

Mr. Jeannet is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Columbia with emphasis in Finance and Marketing.  Mr. Jeannet completed a Post Baccalaureate degree in Accounting at Arizona State University.
