Culture, Recruiting and Retention - Survive & Thrive During COVID-19

This event will utilize the classroom/workshop approach to encourage free-flowing dialogue among our experts and participant guests. Valencia College Dean of Engineering, Computer Programming & Technology – Paul Wilder, Ph.D. will facilitate an interactive and informative workshop for C-level executives that focuses on company culture and its impact on recruiting and retention. Phillip Meade, Ph.D. will kick us off with a short presentation on key fundamentals of building organizational culture and connecting autonomous human beings to a greater purpose that your company represents. Then, you will rotate in a series of breakout rooms where key questions of Recruiting, Retention and Culture are addressed by our seasoned experts.
